Online Therapy in California for Anxiety, Perfectionism, and Burnout
You may be used to holding everything together on the outside while feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or stuck in patterns that are hard to change. Therapy can be a space to slow down and explore these patterns with greater clarity and compassion.
How I can Support You
Replaying conversations, getting stuck in loops of “what if?” thinking, and feeling like your mind just won’t slow down can be exhausting.
Therapy can help you feel more grounded, quiet the noise, and navigate life with more clarity.
The pressure to get everything “right” can feel constant, even when you’re already overwhelmed. Slowing down may feel unfamiliar, or even uncomfortable at first.
Together, we’ll work on softening that pressure and helping you find a more sustainable, compassionate way of showing up in your life.
Relationships can start to feel familiar in ways that are frustrating or confusing, leaving you wondering why the same dynamics keep showing up.
Therapy can help you understand where these patterns come from and begin to shift them, so your relationships feel more secure and aligned.
A bit about me
Hi, I’m Mikaela, a virtual therapist serving clients throughout California, and I’m so glad you’re here. I work with people who are used to taking on a lot, pushing themselves to keep going, and holding everything together, even when things feel overwhelming internally.
You may be navigating anxiety, perfectionism, burnout, or difficult family dynamics. You might notice yourself overthinking, feeling stretched thin, or stuck in patterns that no longer feel aligned with who you are.
My approach is relational, experiential, and grounded in empathy. Together, we’ll slow things down, make space for your emotions, and begin shifting patterns that no longer serve you.

The first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and begin to understand what’s bringing you into therapy. We may explore your goals if that feels helpful, but there’s no pressure to have everything figured out.
